(1) open the box

1.开箱后依据装箱单一一核对，检查确认所有机件是否齐全、完好

1. after opening the box, check the packing list and check whether all the parts are complete and intact.

2.使用说明书等文件资料要妥善保管

2. the documents, such as the use of the instructions, should be properly kept

3.拆除紧固螺丝，把机器从木箱中取出

3. remove the fastening screws and remove the machine from the wooden box

（二） 加油

(two) refueling

1.取下罩壳，旋下泵体上面的油盖，注入2040号汽机油

1. remove the hood, unscrew the oil cover above the pump body and inject 2040 engine oil.

2.注入600ml机油（油位加到油标线油窗的一半为宜）

2. injection of 600ml oil (half of the oil level added to the oil mark window is advisable).

（三） 安装推把

(three) install push handle

1.从塑料袋取出推把，直接安装在机架上

1. remove the push handle from the plastic bag and install it directly on the rack.

（四） 进、出水管安装

(four) installation of inlet and outlet pipes

1.将进水管的一端接头插入泵头下端的进水口并旋紧，另一端套于自来水龙头或置没于水池中；

1. one end of the inlet pipe is inserted into the inlet of the lower end of the pump head and is screwed tightly, and the other end is sleeved on the tap or is not positioned in the water tank.

2.如选配混药功能，将混药管一端插在混药接头上，另一端浸入肥皂水中

2. if you choose to mix the medicine function, put one end of the mixture tube on the mixed medicine connector and the other end soaked in soap water.

3.将出水管的二端分别连接于泵头上端的出水口和喷枪进水口。

（五） 清洗作业

(five) cleaning operation

1.检查各连接处螺母螺钉是否有松动

1. check the loosening of nut screws at each connection

2.将机具移至作业地点并认真查看水源、电源是否符合安全要求。

2. move the machine to the work place and carefully check whether the water source and power meet the safety requirements.

（注：电源要有良好接地且装有漏电保护器）。

3.将调压旋钮逆时针旋松。

3. press the pressure knob against clockwise.

4.先通水源，后通电源。压力调整需在泵内腔排尽空气，喷枪有水柱喷出后进行，逆时针旋转为压力下调，顺时针旋转为压力上调。压力调整必须在喷射状态下进行。工作压力最高不得超过额定压力

After the spray gun is sprayed out, the counterclockwise rotation is reduced to the pressure, and the clockwise rotation is added to the pressure. 5.喷枪喷出的水柱有扇形和柱形两种形式，扇形水柱适用于大面积污垢的表面清洗，柱形水柱则适用于污垢严重的部位清洗。

6.旋转喷头护套即可变换水柱形式，变换形式须在闭枪状态下进行

（六） 保养

(six) maintenance

1、进水滤网的清洗经常将进水滤网取下清洗、去除滤网上的杂物，并用软刷轻轻洗净，以社绝滤网堵塞，吸水不足造成压力下降。

1, the cleaning of the water filter net often takes down the filter net and removes the sundries on the filter net, and gently rinse it with soft brush, so that the filter net is blocked by the social filter, and the water absorption is not enough to reduce the pressure.

2.曲轴箱的清洗新机在使用20小时左右必须更换机油。步骤：松开放油螺钉，将机具倾斜，排尽泵内机油，随后倒入少量柴油，清洗泵内腔，重复数次，直到放出的柴油清洁为止。然后重新注入规定的机油，以后每隔100小时更换机油一次，这样对延长机具使用寿命至关重要。

2. the new crankcase cleaning machine must be replaced by oil for about 20 hours. Step: release the oil screw, tilt the machine and exhaust the oil in the pump, then pour into a small amount of diesel oil, clean the inner cavity of the pump, repeat several times until the released diesel oil is clean. Then the oil is re injected and the oil is replaced once every 100 hours, which is very important for prolonging the service life of the machine.

定期检查：

Regular examination:

1、箱体内机油干净、不发白

1. The oil in the box is clean and not white

2、箱体所有接合处不得有漏油，确保油位在油窗一半处为宜

2. There should not be any oil leakage at all joints of the box to ensure that the oil level is half of the oil window.

3、三个月后检查出水接头里面的单向阀，磨损严重更换；

4、检查进水过滤网是否损坏，损坏更换；
